- 3:00pm - 7:00pm : race kit pick-up
There will be no registration on Saturday or Sunday morning. - 6:00pm : presentation of the race and welcome party

Trail des Forts
- Shuttle to Cesana: From Montgenèvre ( In front of the tourism Office) and from Claviere From Claviere( in front of the tourism Office)
- from 6:30am to 7:15am.
- Cesana School
- From 6:30am to 7:30am Last race kit pick-up
- Drop your bagged and numbered personal gear at the entrance of Cesana School they will be transported to the finish line in Montgenèvre
- Cesana - Piazza del Municipio (In front of the town hall)
- 7:45am: briefing.
- 8:00am Start of Trail des Forts.
K22
- Shuttle to Cesana: from Montgenèvre( In front of the tourist Office) and from Claviere( in front of the tourist Office)
- from 7:30am to 8:15am.
- Cesana School
- From 7:30am to 8:30am Last race kit pick-up

Program for the race day
- Claviere - Piazza della Chiesa (in front of the church)
- From 10:30am the first runners of the Trail des Forts are expected to pass through Claviere
- From 11:00am to 3:pm: arrival in Claviere of the K22 runners
- 12:30am Cut off time for the Trail des Forts in Claviere
- Free showers, meal and goddy bag for K22 runners.(bib number required)
- 2:00pm:finish line closing time for the K22 race .
- 2:30pm: awards ceremony for the K22
- Montgenèvre - Rue de l'Eglise
- From 1:00pm: arrival of Trail des Forts runners
- Free showers and massage avaiable for runners in Montgenèvre. Show your race bib .Meal and goody bag in front of the Tourism Office
- 5:00pm: awards ceremony for the Trail des Forts .
- 5:30pm: finish line closing time for the Trail des Forts.
From 1:00pm to 6:30pm shuttle service from Montgenèvre to Claviere and Cesana .
